How to release images in your mind:

When there is a very strong image associated with pain, it is useful to use the following to help you;

Take all the senses associated with the memory, the sounds, sights, smells, feelings and shrink them down, as if in a crumpled peace of paper. Replace the images from colour to grey and see how they lose their hold over you. See yourself throwing the paper into the universe, amongst the stars.

Now in your minds eye, create the perfect dance with your baby, say all the things you wanted to say to your baby, express you fears, your hopes, your dreams and your love.

Know that you will live to experience even more love.

In this knowing let your baby be free, it loved you and chose to be free. You are a beautiful woman and this love will be a part of your strength and wisdom to guide you through the rest of your life.

Know that, right now, you are completely safe and loved.
